Summary of experience and professional career
Katherine is the Managing Director of Sino Corporate Services Limited, a boutique Trust, Corporate and Fund Services provider. In addition to handling corporate clients, she has been advising a number of private clients on their family wealth structuring and succession planning and fund managers on their fund setup and administration.
Katherine started her first several years’ of career with Grant Thornton, an international accounting firm in Hong Kong, where she gained extensive experience in corporate services for a great variety of industries, especially the manufacturing and trading sectors.
From 1990 to 2015, she has worked for Intertrust Hong Kong, an international independent trust company, and was the Deputy Managing Director.
